  Absolutely ridiculous service. I could not even get a quote out of this company without chasing them down. The secretary Debbie should be fired. On friday i booked an appt and she was suppose to send someone Monday and no one showed up. Wednesday rolls around and I still can not get them to answer their phones. Finally that night she answered and said she put my info in her personal phone and forgot my appt and can't have anyone cone out until the following week. I told her tomorrow I will need the guy and after some prodding she agreed to send someone the next day (Thurs). The guy showed up and was in and out basically with a few words spoken other then he'll email me the quote. Now its the following week Wednesday and I've been calling with no response just to see where my quote is. She lied and said it was emailed already but she could get right back to the shop and email it again. 8 hours later still nothing. I finally got a hold of her again and she said she had forgot to email it again and she will do it "right now". Honestly I would never use this company even if I get my quote tonight. They are so unprofessional and make you work to give them business! I will never recommend this company to anyone ever!
